The staff of the upcoming sci-fi-mecha anime series Ghost in the Shell: Arise has revealed some details of said project.
The series will consist of four parts, 50 minutes each and it will focus on a younger Major Motoko Kusanagi which is portrayed by singer-actress Maaya Sakamoto.
The first part is titled “Ghost Pain” and it will premiere on June 22 in selected theaters in Japan.
