JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders Gets Anime Adaptation

The latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine has announced that Hirohiko Araki’s action adventure manga series JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 3: Stardust Crusaders is getting an anime adaptation.

Stardust Crusaders debuted in Shounen Jump in 1989 and it inspired two OVAs which aired in 1993 and 2000. The first two parts were adapted recently by David Production.

Most staff from the 2012 series except Takako Shimizu, which is replaced by Masahiko Komino as character designer, will be working again on the said project.

On related news, the wraparound jacket of the Hirohiko Araki’s JoJolion manga’s fifth volume has revealed that the series will premiere next year.
