HERO TV announces Nobunagan, Love Live Movie and Beautiful Bones for January 2017 line-up

HERO TV has announced on their official Facebook page its anime line-up for January 2017.

On anime channel’s “Very Trendy January” line-up includes Nobunagan, Love Live: The School Idol Movie and Beautiful Bones: Sakurako’s Investigation.

Nobunagun premieres on January 20 while Beautiful Bones: Sakurako’s Investigation starts on January 27.

Love Live: The School Idol Movie airs this January 22 on HERO Theatrixx.



Chinese cosplayer “HaoGe” coming to Manila this March

Cosplay.ph has revealed that Chinese “crossplayer” Alice HaoGe (or simply Haoge) will be a guest for Cosplay Carnival event this March 25-26, 2017.

The announcement was made by Cosplay.ph Director Jewel Wong during their year-end event Cosplay Matsuri held last December.

Haoge is best known for his good crossplays of Minami Kotori from Love Live!, Kasugano Sora from Yosuga no Sora and many more. He is also member of the popular Chinese cross-dressing group “Alice Weiniang Group.” This will be his first time coming to the Philippines.

Cosplay.ph’s list of events for 2017 were also announced.



New TV5 AniMEGA to start next week

TV5  has announced last Friday on their official Facebook page that channel’s anime block, AniMEGA will return starting next week..

The new TV5 AniMEGA is set to start on January 9 and it will feature anime titles: Myriad Color Phantom World, Kantai Collection and Attack on Titan: Junior High School.
